Studio Yoru (the “Developer”) respects the privacy of users of the iPhone app “Kururi Clock” (the “App”).

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect personal information or usage data. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it contains no third-party SDKs.

2. Information stored on your device

• Settings (timer length, display style, auto-lock, etc.) are stored only on your device.
• 3D data files you load with the paid version are copied into the App’s private storage on your device. They are never sent anywhere. You can remove them with “Back to sample data”. Deleting the App deletes all of this information.

3. Notifications

To tell you when the timer finishes, the App uses local notifications that are handled entirely on your device. You can change the permission at any time in your device settings. No notification content is sent to any server.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases of the paid version and tips are processed by Apple’s App Store. Payment information (such as card numbers) is neither provided to the Developer nor obtained by the App. The App uses Apple’s StoreKit to check your purchase status.

5. Sharing with third parties

Because the App does not collect your information, it does not share it with third parties.

6. Children’s privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page. Significant changes will also be announced with an app update.
