Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Kuu3D does not collect any personal information from users.

• 3D files you open are processed entirely on your device.
• Files imported into the library are copied only into Kuu3D's local app folder.
• No names, email addresses, location data, contacts, or any other personal information is collected.

2. Data Transmission

Kuu3D makes no network connections.

• File data is never transmitted to any external server or service.
• No usage statistics, crash reports, or diagnostic information is sent anywhere.

3. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

Kuu3D does not use any of the following:

• Advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
• Crash-reporting tools (such as Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Tracking technologies, including collection or sharing of device identifiers

4. In-App Purchase

Kuu3D offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock All Features"). All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. The developer receives no payment or personal information from the transaction. Purchase status is verified on-device using Apple's StoreKit framework.

5. On-Device Storage

The app stores the following information locally on your device (via UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.

• App settings (display options, language selection, FOV, etc.)
• Purchase status (whether "Unlock All Features" has been purchased)
• Library file list and per-file state
• Unit selection per file (mm, cm, etc.)

6. Children's Privacy

Kuu3D is not directed at children under 13. Because no personal information is collected, all users — regardless of age — receive the same level of privacy protection.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
